You can follow my advices bellow and use the audio I offer here. Or you can listen to your own favorite song if you wish. 10 to 15 minutes is enough but you can stay longer if you wish. Just follow your intuition. |

How to prepare for your session
How to prepare for your session:
* Make sure you are alone in a peaceful room and will not be disturbed during 15 minutes starting at the scheduled time
* Prepare the ambient (only if you wish and are used to it): light a candle, or a scent or incense, have plants or crystals near you. All these will help elevate your energy but this is not necessary.
How to start the session:
* At the scheduled time, sit comfortable on a chair or on the ground (if you are used to it). Have you spine straight but not tensioned. Relax your shoulders and arms on your lap with your palms facing up. Put your earphones on and close your eyes. Earphones are very important here because they will give you the best experience with binaural beats sound. But if you don't have them now, it's ok: turn the volume of your phone/computer at good level so that you can hear well.
* Once the music starts and you have closed your eyes, all you have to do is focusing on your breathing. If you are familiar to meditation you will know what to do. But if this is all new to you, don't worry. Meditation doesn't mean you have to force your mind to NOT think about anything, meditation is about observing your thoughts and not give them attention then you give space for intuition. For example. Imagine you are looking at the blue of the sky. But then, a cloud is passing by and you miss the blue sky for some minutes because you start contemplating the cloud. But the cloud goes away and the blue sky is always there. The blue sky is your breathing and the clouds are your thoughts. The focus will be your breathing but the thoughts will pass by and its ok. All you have to do is observe, without judgment and let them go, then come back to your breathing concentration. It's that easy. There's nothing magic about meditation. There's only peace and no judgment there. The way it goes is the perfect way for you and it only gets better with practice.
* You can stay in meditation / breathing exercise for about 10 to 15 minutes or longer if you wish. When you finish your session, be grateful for the experience and trust it was exactly what you need at this time. I will contact you within 3 days for arrangement of shipping of your Alchemy formula.
