It all started in 2023, a year ruled by the Moon, when I first received the call to "Connection with Gaia". At the time, I was part of a community in the United States where I received Lemurian teachings that are essentially connected to Shamanism. Before you ask, my connection to Shamanism has not gone beyond learning to play the shamanic drum, which brings me great joy to this day.
For your information, Lemuria (Lemurians) refers to an ancient civilization, a lost continent in the Pacific Ocean, often associated with wisdom, harmony with nature and deep spiritual knowledge. The belief in Lemuria as a "lost paradise" and a cradle of knowledge has influenced several spiritual practices and beliefs, including the use of Lemurian crystals.

During my time in this Lemurian community, I went through several initiations that I now know were, in fact, just a process of remembering. I also learned how to use the Lemurian codes in my therapeutic work. I believe that the first Connection with Gaia was born as a result of this awakening and deep need for connection with Gaia. In my body, I felt a need to REconnect, in my soul I felt the love of the divine mother, calling me. And it has been like this ever since. I don't plan when it will start, and when it ends I don't know if there will be a program the following year. But every year, there comes a time when I feel called to start a new Connection with Gaia.
This year, a new format of the program is being born, which will always be available to people. With that, my wish is that they can redo the program whenever they feel the call in their hearts.

The main objective of the program is to bring back our natural balance based on the phases of the Moon and in harmony with the four elements, and thus align ourselves with Gaia's biorhythm. Because, the most basic truth is that our body is the vehicle through which our soul travels in this experience and Gaia is the one who provided us with the vehicle and is also where we travel through the various paths of materializing our purposes. Thinking like this, it is not difficult to understand the importance of having this vehicle well balanced and in harmony with Gaia.

We always begin the Connection with Gaia on the first day of the New Moon, because the power of the New Moon drives new beginnings and strengthens the intentions that are planted during this phase.
Therefore, before starting the program, each person defines their intention, what they are seeking to improve, transform or implement in their life. I would say that a basic and powerful intention for those who are doing the program for the first time would be: “create the habit of meditation”.

Meditation brings countless benefits to health and life in general. In all these years meditating and working as a therapist, I always hear people say that they cannot meditate, that they have tried many times but have not succeeded. Sometimes I meet someone or another who says they meditate, but is it really a habit? A real habit, like brushing your teeth, taking a shower? Meditating only when you need to or only when you have “favorable” conditions is not a habit. In fact, “favorable conditions for meditation” is a topic for another blog post.

With this in mind, this year I added a special preparation to the program. It is a “mind training” for those who have never meditated, those who have tried many times without success and even those who still don't have it as a real habit. This mind training aims to take us to the meditative level. The audio I recorded for this training uses binaural technology and a frequency that is appropriate for us to reach the deepest and healthiest level of the mind. I included this training as a preparation to be done every day until the program starts (on the first day of the New Moon). Once you learn the technique and, with practice, “teach” your mind to reach the meditative level, you will be able to use this level for many things: co-creation, manifestation, visualization, channeling, etc. That is why this training is wonderful for everyone.

Finally, when we start the program on the first day of the New Moon, we will have an opening ceremony to anchor Gaia’s energy in all participants. The ceremony will take place online and will be recorded for later viewing.
From the first day onwards, we will continue with one meditation per day. These daily meditations were created from Lemurian light codes. Through sound with the ideal frequency and visualization of sacred geometry, we receive these codes of light that are recorded in our DNA, for a perfect connection with Gaia, aligning our subtle field with Gaia's biorhythm and also anchoring the vibrations of the new earth within us.

The meditations will be on the platform, but I will send the link every day in our Telegram group, to facilitate quick access and to prevent anyone from forgetting their daily meditation. Therefore, during these 30 days it is important to keep an eye on the Telegram group, this will help maintain discipline.

And to finish with the cherry on the cake, we have Alchemy floral medicine. On March 29th, with a New Moon in Aries, in addition to being the first New Moon of the year for Jupiter, we also had a Solar Eclipse. On that day, I woke up very early to make a New Moon ritual, a session specifically to channel the energy of this powerful first moon of the year.

The session showed me that on that day, at the time of the Solar Eclipse, a call for lightworkers from all over the Universe took place. In the energy of the New Moon in Aries, the warriors of light are being called to recognize their essence and align themselves with the great Central Sun.

The channeling ended up becoming a beautiful meditation, which can be done at any time because it contains the frequency and vibration of that moment.

This meditation takes us through a portal, where we can visualize and recognize our body of light, our solar soul, and then we arrive at a place where we meet with several other beings of light, all gathered for the same purpose, creating a web of light around planet Earth while at the same time receiving the light of the great central sun. The feeling I had was that a really convocation was happening and everyone being prepared for something great!

This meditation was posted on my YouTube channel the following day. This meditation contains activations and light codes that we cannot even imagine. Do the meditation and surrender without judgment.

The initial relaxation is necessary to prepare the physical body and the time between one phrase and the next is the time needed for the light codes to be installed. 🦋 Enquanto eu fazia uma limpeza e desapego de coisas guardadas, encontrei esse texto em um papel dentro de um envelope que recebi pelo correio há mais de 20 anos atrás. Então fiquei com essa história na cabeça e percebi…

Percebi que sou eu quem sempre fica maravilhada com a “loja de Deus”. Em cada atendimento que realizo, fico maravilhada com as infinitas possibilidades que são apresentadas para cada pessoa. Mas preciso sempre me lembrar que o meu papel é apenas transmitir as sementes, ser um canal por onde as sementes passam.

Muitas vezes quando buscamos um terapeuta queremos receber o fruto, “o pacote pronto”:  uma resposta, uma cura, uma revelação. Mas esquecemos do tempo das coisas, do tempo de Deus. Por isso Deus, na sua infinita sabedoria nos entrega as sementes. Se temos um coração aberto e preparado, a semente já poderá ser plantada durante a sessão. Mas na maioria das vezes apenas recebemos as sementes porque somos ansiosos demais, o “terreno" do coração ainda não está preparado para plantio. 

Então o plantio será por sua conta. A colheita é conforme o tempo que dedicas à plantação e a confiança que coloca nas sementes. Então jamais culpe a vida (ou o terapeuta) se o resultado não tem sido o esperado...
​Prepara teu coração, valorize tuas sementes, ame dia após dia e os bons frutos virão como consequência.

​"I went into a store and saw a man at the counter. Amazed by the beauty of the store, I asked:
- Sir, what do you sell here?
- All the gifts of God. - he replied 
- And does it cost a lot? - I asked again.
- It costs nothing; Here everything is free. 
I looked at the store and saw that there were jars of love, glasses of faith, packages of hope, boxes of salvation, lots of wisdom, health, burdens of forgiveness, large packages of peace, and many other gifts from God.
- Please, I want the biggest jar of God's love, all the burdens of forgiveness, a big jar of faith, lots of health, hope, lots of happiness and eternal salvation for me and my whole family.
So he prepared everything and handed me a small package that fit in the palm of my hand. In disbelief, I said:
- But how is it possible to have everything I asked for in this small package?
Smiling, he answered me:
- My dear brother, in God's store we do not sell fruits, only the seeds. Plant them!!”

🦋 While I was cleaning and clearing out stored things, I found this text on paper inside an envelope that I received in the mail more than 20 years ago. So I had this story in my head and I realized…

I realized that I am the one who is always amazed by “God’s store.” In each session with each client, I am amazed at the infinite possibilities that are presented to each person. But I always need to remember that my role is just to transmit the seeds, to be a channel through which the seeds can pass.

Often when we seek a therapist we want to receive the fruit, “the finished package”: an answer, a cure, a revelation. But we forget the timing of things, God’s timing. That is why God, in his infinite wisdom, gives us the seeds instead.
And if we have an open and prepared heart, the seed can even be planted during the session.
But most of the time we only receive the seeds because we are too anxious, the “soil” of the heart is not yet prepared for planting. 

Then the planting will be at your own expense. The harvest depends on the time you dedicate to planting and the trust you place in the seeds. So never blame life (or the therapist) if the result has not been what you expected... Prepare your heart, value your seeds, love day after day and the good fruits will come as a consequence.

Outro dia eu estava saindo do campo de futebol, um local com grama e árvores, perto da minha casa, onde geralmente vou para meditar e me alongar um pouco, e enquanto caminhava em direção ao carro percebi no chão uma folha seca com formato diferente das demais. Então voltei e me agachei para observar melhor e percebi que não era uma folha e sim uma borboleta! Uma borboleta que parecia uma folha. E como apaixonada por borboletas que sou, fiquei ali olhando. Precisei colocar uma folha perto dela para comprovar como suas cores eram tão parecidas com as cores das folhas! Fiquei ali admirando as duas, ao mesmo tempo que observava meus pensamentos passando:

    -Veja só… uma borboleta… e ela não é colorida… e não está pousando em uma flor… ela está no chão e tem cores “mortas”. Por um momento ela parecia não ter nada de especial, parecia não ter aquele glamour das borboletas com todas as suas cores, sabe?

Mas então uma luz iluminou os pensamentos me dizendo: o fato de ela ser tão discreta ao ponto de se igualar às folhas secas não a torna especial?  O fato de ela não precisar se destacar e provavelmente ninguém a notar, mas mesmo assim ela continuar fazendo seu trabalho, servindo e sendo parte da natureza, não a torna especial?

  Agradeci. Agradeci de novo. Agradeci a esse pequeno ser e agradeci pelo presente de Gaia, trazendo mais um ensinamento. Entendi o convite e aceito, obrigada.
Aceito o convite ao simples, ao básico, ao natural. Aceito o retorno à essência, mas para isso sei que preciso aceitar primeiro meu espelho, com minhas diferentes cores, e minhas manchas, e até mesmo minha falta de cor. E continuar servindo, e continuar trabalhando e escrevendo neste blog. Sem necessidade de aprovação, ou visualização, ou curtidas ou seguidores.

Afinal, os que “seguem” as borboletas podem ser os mesmos que as “caçam”. Então melhor seria ter leitores. Aqueles que podem ler nas entrelinhas todas as cores que tenho  dentro de mim.

​The other day I was leaving the soccer field, a place with grass and trees, near my house, where I usually go to meditate and stretch a little, and as I was walking towards the car I noticed a dry leaf on the ground that was shaped differently from the others. So I went back and crouched down to take a better look and realized that it wasn't a leaf, but a butterfly! A butterfly that looked like a leaf. And as a butterfly lover that I am, I had to stay there for a while to admire her.  I put a leaf next to it to see how its colors were so similar to the colors of the leaves! I stood there admiring them both, while at the same time I watched my thoughts passing by:

-Look... a butterfly... and it's not colorful... and it's not landing on a flower... it's on the ground and has "dead" colors. For a moment it seemed like nothing special, it didn't seem to have that glamour of butterflies with all their colors, you know?

But then a light illuminated my thoughts telling me: doesn't the fact that it's so discreet to the point of matching the dry leaves make it special? The fact that she doesn't need to stand out and probably no one notices her, but she still continues to do her job, serving and being part of nature, doesn't that make her special?

I gave thanks. I thanked again. I thanked this little being and I thanked Gaia for the gift, bringing another teaching. I understood the invitation and I accept it, thank you.

I accept the invitation to the simple, to the basic, to the natural. I accept the return to the essence, but for that I know that I need to first accept my mirror, with my different colors, and my spots, and even my lack of color. And continue serving, and continue working and writing on this blog. Without needing approval, or views, or likes or followers.

​ After all, those who “follow” the butterflies may be the same ones who “hunt” them. So it would be much better to have readers. Those who can read between the lines all the colors I have inside.

​Mother and daughter went to the doctor together. The youngest, the daughter, went to accompany her mother, the old lady. When they entered the room, the old lady was immediately disappointed by the doctor's appearance. He was much older than she had imagined and she noticed that the equipment and decoration in his room seemed to reflect his age very well. She began to wonder if she had made a good choice. Was his mind working properly to know what he was doing? - She thought as he spoke.

While the doctor was starting the exams, the daughter, sitting on the chair in front of the doctor's desk, looked at his diplomas on the wall. She saw on one of the diplomas a photo of a young man smiling, probably very happy to have completed his studies and be ready to practice the profession. Then she felt immense gratitude for this human being who chose such a noble profession. Because she herself would never have chosen to be a doctor, she never felt a calling for it. At that moment she was overcome with immense gratitude for all the people in the world who chose to study hard and then work helping other people so that their bodies function better! And her heart was filled with love and respect for the doctor who was there doing the tests on her mother. And she imagined how much wisdom there was in that man, how many experiences he had already lived and how many people he had already helped. Then she felt that her mother had made a good choice.

The doctor, in turn, when finishing the exams, instead of explaining the diagnosis looking directly at the woman, he looked and explained to the daughter, as if only she were capable of understanding. The daughter listened but could not stop thinking about how intelligent and independent her mother was and therefore she was understanding everything. Could the doctor have underestimated the capacity of the old lady in front of him, simply because she was accompanied by a younger woman and because she had white hair?

When they left the clinic, the two women, two unique and distinct human beings, also had different feelings - the daughter felt even more grateful for the positive diagnosis with a few recommendations and her mother's health had even been praised by the doctor.

The old lady, on the other hand, seemed not to be so happy, her initial belief and distrust due to the doctor's advanced age made her think that he had not been able to find the problem. Which leads us to think that a negative diagnosis in the end would probably have improved the impression that the woman had of the doctor and she would have left the appointment "feeling better".

Reflection...

Are you giving due value to older people? Honoring their wisdom, their lifespan, their experiences? Can you learn from them? Or do you believe that old age is a sign of disadvantage or worthlessness?

Are you letting your beliefs block your gratitude for the life and health you have?

Beliefs define who you are, they create your paradigm. They create your reality. If you believe that old people are “old,” forgetful, useless, incapable, you are creating this reality for yourself because that is how people will feel when they look at you in the future, or even today, depending on your age.

Beliefs are often shared among family members and passed down from generation to generation. But they can and should be transformed! You have the responsibility to create your own story aligned with your truth, and your story may be completely different from your family’s story.

Cleanse yourself, free yourself from your beliefs.

Trabalhar com crianças é sempre maravilhoso, e quando se trata de um trabalho energético então, é ainda mais incrível. O campo de um criança é geralmente leve e iluminado. As presenças angelicais rapidamente se apresentam para iniciar o trabalho.  Nos últimos atendimentos que realizei para crianças fiquei emocionada com o tanto de amor e proteção direcionados aos pequenos. Geralmente começa com um fortalecimento do amor próprio que a criança sente ao perceber sua própria luz. Desta forma, sente-se mais segura para viver experiências onde precisa estar longe das pessoas do seu convívio, como por exemplo na escola. Depois dessa auto estima fortalecida, acontece também o fortalecimento do amor entre irmãos, se houverem. Pois conforme os seres de luz me explicaram, o amor de irmão é o primeiro amor a ser ancorado, após o amor próprio, pois é no amor entre irmãos que encontra-se o primeiro grande desafio que é a aceitação em compartilhar com outra pessoa o maior amor que uma criança pode receber: o amor dos pais. A partir desse laço fortalecido entre irmãos é que as crianças poderão expandir seu amor para outras crianças, dessa forma, o amor ao próximo vai criando bases sólidas para ser utilizado sem medo e de forma segura, no futuro. O mesmo acontece na sessão com adolescentes, o fortalecimento do amor próprio, que muitas vezes já se encontra ferido e nesse caso precisa de um tratamento. Mas tudo começa no reconhecimento de sua própria luz.
Vejo também durante a sessão, os anjos fortalecendo a percepção das crianças e adolescentes. Sem interferir em sua inocência natural, eles delicadamente "transmitem" para a criança esse "sentido extra-sensorial" quando se trata de saber o que é bom e o que é ruim. Isso ajuda a criança e adolescentes a fazerem melhores escolhas por si mesmas, optando pelo caminho do bem e também auxilia a perceberem quando uma pessoa está com más intenções.
Enfim, sinto que a sessão Multidimensional para crianças e adolescentes não só cuida dos problemas que os pais trazem para a sessão mas também vai preparando as crianças para o futuro de mais amor e paz que todos nós desejamos,  neste planeta!

​The Multidimensional session can be performed for children and adolescents as long as it is requested by the mother or father. The only difference is that in the session for children/adolescents we do not access the Akashic records since it is recommended that the person themselves (when over 18 years old) request this work. Working with children is always wonderful, and when it comes to energy work, it is even more incredible. A child's field is usually light and illuminated. Angelic presences quickly appear to begin the work. In the last sessions I have performed for children, I was touched by the amount of love and protection directed to the little ones. It usually starts with a strengthening of the self-love that the child feels when they perceive their own light. This way, they feel safer to live experiences where they need to be away from the people they live with, such as at school. After this strengthened self-esteem, there is also a strengthening of love between siblings, if there are any. As the beings of light explained to me, sibling love is the first love to be anchored, after self-love, because it is in the love between siblings that the first great challenge is found, which is the acceptance of sharing with another person the greatest love a child can receive: the love of their parents. From this strengthened bond between siblings, children will be able to expand their love to other children beyond their family circle, in this way, love for others will create solid foundations to be used without fear and safely in the future. The same happens in the session with adolescents, the strengthening of self-love, which is often already wounded and in this case needs treatment. But everything starts with the recognition of one's own light.
During the session, I also see the angels strengthening the perception of children and adolescents. Without interfering on their natural innocence, the angels delicately "transmit" to the child this "extrasensory sense" when it comes to knowing what is good and what is bad. This helps children and adolescents make better choices for themselves, opting for the path of good and also helps them to realize when a person has bad intentions.

In short, I feel that the Multidimensional session for children and adolescents not only takes care of the problems that parents bring to the session but also prepares children for the future of more love and peace that we all desire on this planet!

​The Pleiadian Alchemist works with me in the Multidimensional Session. Very feminine and sweet and also very wise, With great knowledge of the secrets of nature on our planet Earth, flowers, plants and herbs. she knows exactly how to use the power of nature on our planet to help us, human beings.  During the session, she works mainly when reading the client's emotional field, analyzing all the subtle bodies and making recommendations for Alchemical formulas (Alchemy Floral) that can benefit and enhance the post-session period. The Pleiadian Alchemist started appearing to me in my meditations a few years ago. And I saw her pretty much alike this image I posted above: with blonde hair, blue eyes and a long braid on the side. Her presence always brought peace and sense of embracement. She would bring some advice or give me a gift. At that time she was introduced as a mentor, I had no idea who she was and what her goal was. But information arrives as we become able to understand it and, therefore, trust it. While I wasn't prepared to understand, she was there to support me in my processes and studies. And it was on the day of my initiation into the Akashic Records that she introduced herself as who she truly is, a Pleiadian Alchemist to help me in my work with Alchemy. She was always waiting for me to call her, for me to ask for her help in my work as a Therapist and she patiently waited until I was ready. When I understood her purpose, she brought updates to my work, making it lighter but deeper. Today she is the main mentor in my work with Alchemy. She is the one who recommends the formulas during the Multidimensional session, and it is with her vibration and frequency that they are prepared. Alchemy Florals will not always be recommended, it will depend a lot on the theme of the session and the person's own vibration. But when it is recommended, it will be up to the client to decide whether they wish to receive the formula recommended and prepared by the Pleiadian Alchemist.

​In the Multidimensional session I use the Sirian Quantum Table as my main work tool. A quantum table is a spiritual tool for deep and transformative work that is carried out with Radiesthesia and Radionics techniques, using a pendulum, crystals, channeling and astral projection to connect and work with beings of light. 
During the multidimensional session we work on different levels of your being: the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. We perform energetic cleansing of your entire field, bringing more balance and harmony to your life, we work deeply in your subtle bodies to find and clear any blockage that may be hindering your natural state of abundance and prosperity. 
In this same session I access the Akashic Records to rescue fractals, break pacts, magic and energetic divorce. The Multidimensional session also helps to expand your consciousness, brings physical and emotional healing, spiritual cleansing, balance and opening paths. The session can be done for people, animals, home and work.

🦋 From this point on, I share my personal stories and experiences:

 I feel that my work as an artist, my dedication to meditation since 2017 and my studies as a therapist led me and prepared me for this spiritual work that I carry out in the multidimensional session. Here I finally feel that I am using all my sensitivity, intuition and love as an artist in therapeutic work as well. It's where I continue doing what I've always done, but now in a deeper way where I can help people and increase my spiritual connection. I have not left the other holistic techniques that I have been working with since 2019. They are still present, but they are being updated by my mentors. For example, the Pleiadian Alquimist who presented herself at the multidimensional session, and explained to me that she is the one who will recommend Alchemy Florals.. 
I have seen, heard and felt wonderful results with each session I perform, both for myself and my family and for clients who have already booked. It is an immense pleasure that I feel in this work. I have no words, but I believe that this is enough to understand that it is my path, because in it I really feel at service, being a channel and an instrument. In future posts I will tell you more about the beings of light with whom I work and about how was my connection with the Sirians, which happened a long time before I started working with the quantum table.

Essa imagem é uma foto de uma das bonecas que eu criei, no meu trabalho como artista. É uma boneca de porcelana. Foi um projeto grandioso, cheio de significados e sentimentos. Para mim ela é a representação da primavera, com as flores do ipê amarelo em seu vestido azul representando o céu. E também a representação do feminino, com seu semblante suave porém confiante. Mas a arte não pode ser explicada, somente sentida. E quando é verdadeiramente sentida a arte se conecta com cada pessoa refletindo aquilo que traz em seu íntimo de acordo com suas crenças e experiências. E hoje eu achei interessante quando ouvi alguém dizer “olha que linda a Yemanjá” enquanto estava olhando o meu site. Foi a segunda pessoa que se conectou com esse trabalho meu através dessa divindade. Com todo o respeito que tenho por todas a crenças, apenas acho interessante pensar que tudo o que sei sobre Yemanjá é que ela é uma divindade dos mares e portanto jamais pensei nessa representação para minha arte. Depois disso fiquei curiosa e fui pesquisar um pouco e achei mesmo que chega a lembrar um pouco a Yemanjá. Resumindo, eu não pude deixar de me encantar com a beleza e o poder da arte, como ela pode ser tantas coisas ao mesmo tempo, pelos olhos do observador, mesmo que jamais tenha sido a intenção do artista despertar tal sentimento.

Ainda que a minha intenção como artista seja completamente diferente daquilo que o observador sente ou vê, meu coração vai continuar aberto para as infinitas possibilidades da arte, então qualquer que tenha sido seu sentimento (e se você respondeu nos comentários muito obrigada!) saiba que é totalmente e completamente bem vindo, pois representa a sua visão e provavelmente também um pouco (ou muito) do que você já viveu, já pensou ou já experimentou na vida.

Can I ask you a favor? Look at the image for a few moments and notice... what do you feel when you look at this image? How would you describe it? (If you could answer in the comments, it would make me very happy!)

This image is a photo of one of the dolls I created in my work as an artist. It is a porcelain doll. It was a big project, full of meaning and feelings. For me, she is the representation of spring, with the yellow ipê flowers on her blue dress representing the sky.  Also the representation of the feminine, with her soft but confident expression.
But we know art cannot be explained, only felt. And when it is truly felt, art connects with each person, reflecting what they carry inside according to their beliefs and experiences. And today I found it interesting when I heard someone say “look what a beautiful Yemanjá doll” while looking at my website. That was the second person who connected with my work through this goddess. With all my respect for all beliefs, I just find it interesting to think that all I know about Yemanjá is that she is a goddess of the seas and therefore I never thought of this representation for my art. After that I got curious and did some research and I actually found that my doll reminds a little of Yemanjá indeed. In short, I couldn't help but be enchanted by the beauty and power of art, how it can be so many things at the same time, through the eyes of the observer, even if it was never the artist's intention to awaken such a feeling.

Even though my intention as an artist is completely different from what the observer feels or sees, my heart will remain open to the infinite possibilities of art, so whatever your feeling may have been (and if you answered in the comments, thank you very much!) know that it is totally and completely welcome, because it represents your vision and probably also a little (or a lot) of what you have lived, thought or experienced in life.
